Folks that have been Christian for some time, but haven't quite taken the step of obedience into the waters of baptism.
Folks that have recently crossed the threshold of faith and want to make their private confession a public celebration.

Folks that have just moved to the area or have recently come to faith that have an infant/toddler they want to dedicate.
Folks that have been a part of the church for some time and have had a child in the last year and want to dedicate their newborn baby.
